Example - Load Bearing Faces

In this example, the load on a hinge assembly is borne by several faces.

The hinge assembly shown has a concentric mate between two cylindrical faces. The mate aligns the geometry of the two parts relative to each other. However, when the two parts move, the load is borne by other faces as well. You can add the other cylindrical faces as load references for the mate.
