Adding Comments (Add-In)

You and contacts who have permission can add comments to files and workspaces, and append files to your comments.

  1. Click to select a Workspace (from the Home screen) or a file (from My n!Fuze Library or a workspace) to which you want to add a comment.

    The Details view for the workspace or file opens.

  2. Click Discussions tab icon in the lower tabs panel.

    The Comments tab opens.

  3. Click Post comment icon Post comment.
  4. Click in the text box labeled "Enter comments here" and type your comment.
  5. Optional: To attach a file to your comment, do the following:

    You must type one or more characters into the comment text field to enable the Attach Image link.

    1. Click Attach Image.

      The Attach a file window opens.

    2. Browse to and select the file you want to append.
    3. Click Open.

      The selected file is attached to the comment.

  6. Click Add.

    Your comment is added to the file or workspace.
