You can create new item folders in the vault.

In the navigation pane, do one:

Select a vault
to create a top-level folder or an item folder 
to create a subfolder, then click New Item Folder 
(toolbar).

Right-click a vault or an item folder and select .
A new item folder appears in the selected location with a default name.
- While the default name is active, type a new folder name and press Enter.
If the folder name is not active, right-click the folder and select Rename.
- Optionally set folder properties.
