Piping Hangers are similar to piping supports. You add them to the route after the route is completed.
Because piping hangers are not route components (they do not guide or shape the route), they do not require connection or route points.
The general steps to inserting piping hangers are:
- Insert the piping hangers into the assembly.
- Mate the hanger to the route sketch.
- Slide the hanger along the route.
- Mate the hanger to the structure.
- Create a hole (assembly feature) in the structure.
