Check out file Dialog Box

Use the Check out file dialog box to specify a file to be checked out of the vault as part of the triggered action.

To display this dialog box:

Click Add in the Edit Action dialog box, then choose Check out file and click OK.

When the Dispatch action is triggered, the specified file is checked out to the user triggering the action.

Filename

Specifies a filename to be checked out when the action is triggered. Enter the entire path, including the filename. Click right arrow to insert variables. Defined variables must be enclosed with percent signs (%), for example, %current_folder%\%current_file%.
