User Properties - Search Cards

Use the Search Cards page to set the user's access to the vault search cards.

You can also assign user access to a search card when you create or edit the card in the Card Editor.

To access this page, display the User Properties dialog box:

  • For an existing user account, expand the Users node and double-click the user.
  • When creating or adding user accounts, click Next in the Add Users dialog box.

In the left pane, click Search Cards.

Search Card Search cards available in this vault.
Access Search cards user can access from Tools menu of File Explorer.

Clear to remove access.
