Stretch entities by selecting base points and dragging or by using X and Y destination coordinates.

PM_scale_sketch_items.gif Sketch items or annotations  

Parameters

From/To Sets a Base point PM_Base_point.gif for stretching.
X/Y Sets destination coordinates for stretching.
Repeat Stretches the entities again by the same distance.
