Limiting Export to Files in the Current Revision Scheme

When you export Workgroup PDM documents, the Export tool provides an option to export only documents that are in the current revision scheme. This makes it easier to migrate the vault to other PDM products.

When you select the Export only document in current revision scheme option, files that are not in the current revision scheme are skipped.

The Export tool displays a list of files whose revisions do not match the current scheme, including the project, date, revision number, and file size. If there are files with out-of-date revision schemes that you still want to export, you can select them to be included in the export.
