By default, when the Indented or Top Level Only view of the BOM is selected, the BOM file list shows You can view selected top-level documents from the File List in a computed BOM.
You cannot show the selected document in the BOM file list if Parts Only is selected.
- Select a document from the file view list.
- In the Options section of the Bill of Materials tab toolbar, expand the Show or hide selected flyout control and click Show Selected.
- To hide the top-level document, expand the control and click Hide Selected.
