Troubleshooting Tips

Tips to help troubleshoot workflow conditions:

  • If you have multiple workflows, ensure that the workflow conditions are mutually exclusive.
  • If a file meets a criteria that matches a condition for more than one workflow, the file enters in a random initial state.
  • If you have a workflow without any conditions defined, that workflow is used for all files that do not match the other workflow conditions.
  • Ensure that the logged in user has permission to add files in the initial state of each workflow the files should end up in.
  • To avoid any file from entering a workflow, use the file path condition !=%.
  • If you are verifying if a card is enabled or disabled, use values 1 for enabled and 0 for disabled.
