Change State Dialog Box

In the full version, you can transition a single file or multiple files together.

To open the Change State dialog box to transition a single file, select the file, expand the arrow next to Change State, and select the transition.

Transition Displays the transition you select.
Comment Lets you enter a transition comment.
File Displays the file to be transitioned.
Current State Displays the current state of the file.
Change State Changes the state of the file.
Password Lets you enter a password to complete a transition if an administrator has enabled authentication on the transition.
