Use the History tab to search for files based on history.

Text to find in history Searches for the specified text in the locations you specify using the Look in check boxes.
Look in version comments  
Look in revision comments  
Look in change state comments  
Look in labels  
Look in card variable values  
Look in file/item names  
Stored before Searches for files whose history was stored before the specified date.
Stored after Searches for files whose history was stored after the specified date.
