Find and Include Associated Drawings

When you click Drawings under Find and include associated in the Check In Document dialog box, this dialog box opens. You can search the complete SOLIDWORKS search path, a specified folder, or both. Drawings found in a search are added to the document list in the Check In Document dialog box. (May cause slower performance.)

If Include drawings is selected in Options for check in, the SOLIDWORKS search path is searched as the Check In Document dialog box opens. The SOLIDWORKS search path will not be searched again, but you can specify a folder to be searched.
Look in Type a path or browse to a folder.
Look in SOLIDWORKS search path The search path includes the current folder, folders where referenced documents were last saved, and any folders specified in Tools > Options > System Options, as follows:

External References

Select Search file locations for external references.

File Locations

Specify paths for Referenced Documents.

Find Now Click to initiate the search. SOLIDWORKS Workgroup PDM reports the number of drawings found.
