Editing Wires in a Cable Tray or Duct Route

To assign electrical attributes to the route segments:

  1. Insert a Cable Tray or a Duct with electrical routes.
  2. Click Tools > Routing > Electrical > Edit Wires tool_EditWires_Electrical.gif. (Refer to Edit Wires)
  3. Specify the wires and cables to use.
  4. To specify the route path, do one of the following:
    • Select the route segments between connectors on both sides of the Cable Tray.
    • In Wire From-To List, click Select Path.
  5. Click PM_OK.gif.
  6. Exit the sketch.
    You can use the same procedure to create routes for connectors with HVAC ducts.
