Add Recipients Dialog Box

Use the Add Recipieints dialog box to add users and groups as recipients for workflow notifications.

To open the Add Recipients dialog box:

  1. In a transition's Properties dialog box, on the Notification tab, click Add Folder Notification.
  2. In the Select Folder dialog box, select the folder containing the files that you want to trigger the notification.
  3. In the Folder Notification dialog box, on the Recipients tab, click Add recipients.
Recipients list Lists all users and groups that are defined in the vault database.

Expand All Users or a group to select individual users as recipients. If you select a user that belongs to multiple groups, the user is selected in the other groups as well.

When you select a group without expanding it, the group is listed as a recipient, but the individual users in the All Users list are not selected.

Filter Filters the list to include only users and groups whose names contains the filter string.
