Installing SOLIDWORKS PDM Add-ins To install a SOLIDWORKS PDM add-in: Expand the vault where the add-in will be used. Right-click Add-ins and click New Add-in. In the Open dialog box, navigate to the location of the .dll for the add-in, select it, and click Open. In the add-in's Properties dialog box, click OK. The add-in appears under the Add-ins node.
