Creating a Rotational Movable Datum Target To create a rotational movable datum target: Click Datum Target (Annotation toolbar), or click Insert > Annotations > Datum Target. In the PropertyManager, under Settings, select Rotational Movable Click in the graphics area to place the target. You can freely drag the pointer to any angle before clicking again to place the symbol. Click to place the symbol. You cannot select other options in the PropertyManager until you place the symbol.
