Favorites and recently used dimension formats are stored in the drawing in the Favorite List. You can use this list to apply these formats to other dimensions in the drawing.
To apply saved favorites and recently used formats:

Select an unformatted dimension in the drawing and click the dimension palette icon

- In the dimension palette, expand the Favorite List
.
- Use the Recent and Saved tabs to view and select a dimension format.
Mouse over the formats to view format details.
- Alternatively, to apply a favorite that was saved from a different drawing document:
- Click Import Favorite
.
- In the Import Favorite dialog box, select a .dimfvt file and click Open.
If a favorite of the same name already exists in the current drawing, a warning message asks if you want to overwrite the favorite in the drawing.
- Expand the Favorite List and select the imported favorite from the Saved tab.
- If you decide against formatting a dimension, you can revert to an unformatted dimension by clicking Apply Default
