Removing Members from Accounts

Before removing a user, administrators must first remove products assigned to the user's account.

To remove a user from an account:

  1. Click the Members tab.
  2. Search for a user in the Find Members pane or double-click a username from the list.
  3. Remove all the products on their Assigned Products list by clicking Remove Product .
  4. Under Member Details, click Remove Member and click OK to confirm.
