Searching for Members and Checking Their Assigned Products

The Admin Portal gives you several ways to find a user, and makes it easy to monitor user rights and assigned products.

To search for a user, and check user rights and assigned products:

  1. Click the Members tab.
  2. In the Find Members pane, you can filter based on user rights and products assigned to the user:
    • Select Admin, Member, or Pending to restrict the search to users with that status.
    • Select one or more product types to restrict the search to users who have been assigned those products.
  3. To check a user’s rights and assigned products, under Members, click a username.

    You can view the level of rights for a specifc user in Member Details. The same page lists the assigned products associated to the user, and the available products that can be assigned.
