Setting Offsets for Ordinate Dimensions To set offsets for ordinate dimensions: In the Options dialog box, click Drafting Styles . Expand Dimension > Line > Dimension line settings. In Offset, specify the spacing between dimension lines (marked in image as "d"). This setting, which is usually applied to baseline dimensions, is also used as the minimum datum distance when you create ordinate dimensions with the AutoDimension command to avoid placing one datum over another. Expand Dimension > Arrows. In Size, specify an arrow size (marked in image as "d").
