Preventing Duplicate File Names in the Vault

You can enable duplicate file name checking for a vault so that users cannot create multiple files with the same name.

To enable duplicate file name checking:

  1. Right-click File Types and select Duplicate file name settings.
  2. In the Duplicate File Name Check dialog box, select one of the options.
  3. Click OK.
