Edge Flanges

You can create edge flanges on nonlinear (circular) edges of nonplanar faces.

Click Edge Flange (Sheet Metal toolbar) or Insert > Sheet Metal > Edge Flange. See SOLIDWORKS Online Help: Edge Flanges.
