Determines whether dimension lines and arrow heads are suppressed if not enough space is available inside the extension lines.

Normally, if there is not enough space to draw the dimension lines inside the extension lines, dimension lines and arrow heads are drawn outside the extension lines.

If this variable and the EnblDmTxtBtwnExtLns variable are on, the dimension lines are suppressed (only the dimension text is displayed).

If EnblDmTxtBtwnExtLns is off, the variable has no effect.
