Creating a Custom Standard

To modify values in a standard, you must create a custom standard. You can edit custom standards only.

1. Click Standards (Mechanical Toolbox toolbar) or Mechanical Toolbox > Standards.
2. In the Toolbox - Standards dialog box, select a basic or custom standard and click Copy.
3. In the New Custom Standard dialog box, type a Name for the standard and click OK.
   The new standard appears in the Custom standards list.
4. Click Close.
