Editing Part References

You can use the AM_PartReferenceEdit command to edit BOM-related information for the part that is associated with a specified Part Reference.

The Edit Part Reference dialog box lets you edit the component properties and quantity of the specified Part Reference.

To edit Part References:

  1. Do one of the following:
    • On the ribbon, click Mechanical Annotate > Part References > PR Edit.
    • Enter AM_PartReferenceEdit in the Command window.
  2. In the graphics area, specify a Part Reference.
  3. In the Edit Part Reference dialog box, edit the component properties of the Part Reference.

  4. Specify the Quantity.
  5. Click OK.
    You can also double-click a Part Reference to edit component properties and quantity in the Edit Part Reference dialog box.
