Use the Conversion Settings page
of the Convert - Properties dialog box to select an
output file format and specify how to handle source file references.
To display this page:
Expand the Tasks node and click
Convert. In the left pane, click Conversion
Settings.
You can let users change most settings. When a user initiates the
conversion, a
Convert dialog box displays your
original settings so the user can change them.
However, if you want
a task to be performed silently, when triggered by a change in a workflow state
for example, you must:
- Specify the output file format.
- Clear all Allow the user to change this
setting check boxes.
