Use the Task List Options dialog box to specify the number of records to display in the Task List dialog box.
To display this dialog box:
In the Task List dialog box, click Options.
| Successful tasks |
| Record all completed tasks All completed tasks are displayed.

| Record the specified number of completed tasks The Number of records to keep field specifies the number of completed tasks that are displayed.
When the limit is reached, the oldest task is eliminated from the list.
