Saving to a Local Drive

You can save a document locally and modify it locally until you are ready to upload it to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

To save to a local drive:

Click File > Save to This PC.
In File Explorer, browse to a folder and save the document.

Search 'Saving to a Local Drive' in the SOLIDWORKS Knowledge Base.
