With the Solid Mesh View
PropertyManager, you can create cross sections of a solid mesh to better visualize internal
elements and to access mesh editing tools.
To open the Solid Mesh View
PropertyManager:
- In the PlasticsManager, right-click Solid Mesh
, and
click Solid Mesh View
.
Select Domains
Lists all meshed parts in the model with their assigned domain
group.

Show
|
Shows the mesh on the part geometry. |
|
Hide
|
Hides the mesh from the part geometry. |
Section Clipping Settings
Creates cross sections of the meshed parts to visualize internal
(hidden) elements.
Adjust the six sliders along the three global axes (X, Y, and Z) to
create cross sections of the meshed part and then visualize internal elements.
Use Reset to return the
display to the default settings.
