SetDmFitMode

Specifies how to arrange dimension arrows and text if there is insufficient space to place both inside the extension lines.

Values

0	Places text and arrows outside extension lines.
1	Moves arrows first, then text. When you set SetDmTxtMvMode to 1, a leader is added to dimension text.
2	Moves text first, then arrows.
3	Moves either text or arrows, whichever fits best.
