Add report

In this chapter, the generic term Report is used to refer both to Reports and Design rules. These two report types are based on the same features and are managed in the same way.

Report management: Add (Add similar)

Design rule management: Add (Add similar)

Adds or removes report configurations in the electrical project.

The top part of the dialog box displays a series of filters to make it easier to search for report configurations.

When a report configuration contains filters, you can add it several times with different filters.

Check the boxes for the report configurations you want to use and click the OK button.

Add similar

If you select Add similar command, the Report configuration selector displays only the configurations that have a similar name (the configuration name is used as a filter in the Name field).

This option can be used, for example, to select several times the same report configuration but with different filters.

The report management (design rule management) updates and displays a preview of the extracted data.
