Edit 2D footprint graphics
A 2D footprint in the library consists of two parts: a graphical representation
and a set of technical parameters stored in the database. The 2D footprint
must be edited using the 2D footprint
management, if not they cannot be managed by the software.
The 2D footprints also have attributes (text) allowing certain data
stored in the database to be propagated across the scheme.
