This command lets you renumber all the documents of the electrical project,
folders, books, and drawings.
A dialog box opens letting you renumber documents based on your preferred
parameters.
Selection
Whole project: Renumbers all
of the electrical project documents.
Current book: Renumbers only
the documents in the current book (the book associated with the current
scheme).
Current folder: Renumbers only
the documents in the current folder (the folder associated with the current
scheme).
Selected documents: Click the
[...] button to select the documents
you want to renumber.
Renumbering mode
Update marks: Allows to update
the document marks if you change the numbering formula (the ORDERNO
value will not be changed).
Recalculate order numbers: Recalculates
all document numbers (the ORDERNO
value will be changed), except for numbers that have been modified manually.
You must check the Recalculate manual
marks box to recalculate all document marks.
Elements
Elements: Displays the list
of available documents.
Selection: The checkbox allows
you to select the elements you want to renumber. It also displays the
number of elements to renumber.
First number: Enter the first
number assigned to the element.
Increment: Enter the incremental
step value. For example, if "First number" = 10 and "Step"
= 2, elements will be numbered: 10, 12, 14, 16...
Formula: Displays the marking
formula managed in the electrical
project configuration.
Fx: The [...]
button allows you to access the Formula
management to modify the formula, used to renumber the elements. If
you change the formula, it replaces the electrical project configuration
formula.
Mark configuration: Allows access
to the Mark tab of the electrical
project configuration.
When you validate the renumbering, the concerned books, folders, and
drawings are renumbered. The mark formulas, if they have been modified
are automatically updated in the electrical project configuration.
