Verify project

During the SOLIDWORKS Electrical used, it is possible that the software generates wrong data, such as a drawing assigned to a folder that does not exist or a component assigned to a location that has been deleted.

To fix the database errors, you can use the Verify project feature.

The Verify project feature does not check electrical design errors.

Menu: Electrical project > Verify project

Before using this feature, it is recommended to archive the project.

Into the drawings, inconsistent entities are corrected or removed. The errors on the drawing files are automatically fixed.

At the end of the process, a dialog box opens displaying the result of the correction operations. It is recommended that you check the corrections to adapt the project as you want (moved drawings, deleted wires or components...).
