Export DWG files
All drawings created in SOLIDWORKS Electrical
are stored in the EWG format. They can be exported to a range of DWG/DXF
versions, allowing you to share data with other companies.
EWG names are automatically generated by SOLIDWORKS Electrical
and do not relate to the names of the electrical project drawings. Never
rename the EWG files within the project directory. This will cause the
SOLIDWORKS Electrical
file integrity to be lost.
