If you compare two different-sized drawings, they might not align
correctly. To align drawings correctly, you can specify the lower-left and the
upper-right
alignment points of the drawings.

Compare two
drawings.

Click Add Lower Left Alignment Point
(Document ribbon).

In the revised drawing, click a point in the lower left.

In the original drawing, click the corresponding point.
If the drawings do not align perfectly, drag the handle

on a drawing to move the drawing.

Click Add Upper Right Alignment Point
(Document ribbon).

Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the
upper-right
points of the drawings.
If the drawings do not align perfectly, click
Clear All Alignment Points

so you can reapply the
alignment points.
