Publishing Drawings to Microsoft Excel Reports

To publish drawings to Microsoft^® Excel^® Reports:

In a ballooned drawing, click Excel (Home ribbon) or File > Publish > Excel.
Specify options on the Export To Excel tab in the Properties/Preferences PropertyManager and click .
In the Specify export filename dialog box, enter data and click Save.
In the SOLIDWORKS Inspection dialog box, specify how to publish content that you filtered in the Characteristics tab of the Table Manager:
- Publish all data. Publishes all data and ignores any filters you applied.
- Publish only filtered data. Publishes only the filtered data.
