Hole Table Settings

Use the Hole Table screen of the Toolbox - Settings dialog box to format an associative chart of Toolbox hole locations in your drawing.

To display hole table settings, do one of the following:

  • Click Mechanical Toolbox > Settings. In the Toolbox - Settings dialog box, in the left pane, click Tables, and, in the right pane, expand Hole Table.
  • Click Mechanical Toolbox > Holes > Table Create or Hole Table (Mechanical Toolbox toolbar). In the Command window, type Settings and press Enter.

Display

Header orientation Indicates whether the header appears at the Top or Bottom of the table.
Anchor point Indicates the location of the table anchor. Choices are:
  • Top left
  • Top right
  • Bottom left
  • Bottom right
Layer preferences Lets you modify the default layer, linecolor, linestyle, and lineweight settings for the welding symbol.
Display title When enabled, the title Hole Table is displayed.

Text

Style The style of hole table text.
Size The size of hole table text.
Change case Lets you specify the case of text in the hole table DESCRIPTION column.

Miscellaneous

Template Template used to create the table:
  • XY creates a table that shows the X and Y coordinates of the holes.
  • XYZ creates a table that shows the X, Y, and Z coordinates of the holes.
Precision Hole dimension precision up to eight decimal places.
Origin indicator Orientation of the symbol that indicates the location of the origin. Options are:
Top left
Top right
Bottom left
Bottom right
