The 3DEXPERIENCE
(Design with SOLIDWORKS) add-in integrates cloud-based 3DEXPERIENCE capabilities
directly in the Routing interface, enhancing ability to manage routing components
and assemblies.
With the Routing Library Manager, you can:

- Batch
upload the routing component library from a
local computer to the 3DEXPERIENCE
platform. Click Batch Save to
3DEXPERIENCE.
You can save
only SOLIDWORKS files to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform with batch uploading.
- Batch
download the routing component library from the
3DEXPERIENCE platform.
- For Routing
template, click Browse to browse to a folder. In the dialog
box, click Select from
3DEXPERIENCE.

Additionally, within the
SOLIDWORKS Routing interface, the 3DEXPERIENCE add-in lets
you browse and open routing assemblies and components from the platform in several
key areas, including:
- The Route Properties PropertyManager for
customizing parts like pipes and elbows.
- The From/To selection tool for inserting
components.
- The Reuse Route tools.
- The Add Splice and Edit
Splice options.
This functionality streamlines workflows by managing both local and
cloud-based components within Routing, giving you greater control and flexibility.
