To access reports, from
the menu, click .
This command opens the
Report management dialog box . The
reports displayed have been selected in SOLIDWORKS Electrical; you cannot add, edit
or delete reports.

Excel Export
First a wizard invites you to select the reports you wish to export.
Export all reports: Select this to export all electrical
project reports. You can also select the reports you want to export in the list.
Click the Next button to continue.
One sheet by break: Creates one drawing by the break defined
in the report.
Target folder: Allows you to enter the target directory for
the files. Click the [...] button.
Open file: Opens the file generated in the application
associated with the XLS files.
Click Finish to launch generation of the Excel file.
Txt Export
TXT Export lets you generate data in the form of text
files.
Target folder: Allows you to enter the target directory for
the files. Click the [...] button.
Export all reports: Select this to export all electrical
project reports. You can also select the reports you want to export in the list.
Include column header in the first row: This option generates
the names of the database fields in the first line of the file.
Text identifier, Text separator and
File type are text formatting parameters. They should be
selected according to the requirements of the software into which the files are to
be imported.
Check the Open file box if you wish the generated files to be
opened after creation.
XML Export
Target folder: Enter the target folder for the files. Click on
the [...] button.
Export all reports: Select this to export all electrical
project reports. You can also select the reports you want to export in the list.
Open file: Opens the generated file in the application
associated with XML files.
