You can input data in a project in several languages and review the
translations in a single interface.

To open the translation dialog box, do one of the following:
- Click
.
- In the dockable panel, right-click an electrical project and click
Translate
.

Enter or modify the translations for different element properties and multilingual text
elements within the electrical project.

Click on the corresponding text to edit the translation.
If you modify the file structure, the translations are not imported.

Description |
Add/ Remove languages |
- Select the language for translation.
- In the Language selector dialog box, check the
dialog boxes corresponding to the languages. Only the languages
that are not present in the electrical project are displayed. If
you remove an existing language, a message is displayed to
confirm a choice.

Delete translations |
For the selected text, deletes all the translations except the main
language used in the electrical project properties. For more
information, see General. |
Find/ Replace |
Searches and replaces the text. For more informtion, see Finding and Replacing Translatable Text. |

Enter text in the filter zone. The list displays
text with the entered character string. |
Configuration |
Manages display settings for the items in the dialog box. For more
information, see Configuring Management Dialog Boxes. |
Hide empty texts |
Hides the empty texts in the main language. |
Hide already translated texts |
Hides the text items that are already translated in
all languages. |

In the Language selector dialog box, select the base language
(Source language) for the translation. A message is displayed to let you open the
file.
Export/ Import
exports and imports the text to translate in
another application (Excel, Access, SQLite formats). Only one occurrence of the
text is exported.
