If activated, the variable takes effect if the dimension text is drawn between the extension lines (see EnblDmTxtBtwnExtLns variable) and at the same angle as the dimension line or is placed outside the extension lines.

Values

0	Centered about the dimension line. You control the vertical location of dimension text relative to the dimension line with the SetDmTxtVPos variable.
1	Above the dimension line, unless you set SetDmTxtHPosBtwn to 1 and the dimension line is not horizontal
2	Side of the dimension line farthest from the defining points
3	Places the text to conform to Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS)
4	Below the dimension line
