Lets you adjust the vertical offset of the dimension text relative to the dimension line. You can place the dimension text above or below the dimension line.

The magnitude of the vertical offset of the dimension text is the product of text height and the current variable setting (SetDmTxtVPos*SetDmTxtHt).

The variable is used only if you set SetDmTxtVPosFit to 0 (off).
