SOLIDWORKS Composer 2025

Prevent Outline Generation for Hidden Geometry

The GenerateOutlineForHiddenActor property available in the Viewport category of the Advanced Properties page specifies whether or not hidden actors should be outlined by the render mode.
Benefits: You can ensure that outlines are not generated for hidden actors by clearing this option. This saves time when computing the render mode for large assemblies.

Supported Import Formats

CATIA Version 5-6 Release 2024 GA (R34) and SOLIDWORKS 2025 are supported.
Benefits: You can use 3D content created with the latest versions of CATIA V5-6 and SOLIDWORKS.
