EnblMMBPan

Controls the behavior of the third mouse button or mouse wheel. The variable determines whether it can pan and zoom or whether the EntitySnap shortcut menu displays.

0 Displays the EntitySnap shortcut menu when you click the third mouse button or mouse wheel.
1 Pans when you press and drag the third mouse button or mouse wheel. Zooms to the drawing extents when you double-click the mouse wheel. Zooms in and out when you rotate the mouse wheel.
