Viewing Results

Drop test results include displacements, stresses, and strains.

1. In the Simulation study tree, right-click the Results folder and click Define Stress Plot .
2. In the PropertyManager under Display, select psi in Units .
3. Under Plot Step, set to 1.
4. Under Deformed shape, select User defined and enter 1 for Scale Factor .
5. Click .
   

   Stress results show with floating number format and no decimals.

6. To animate the plot:
   1. In the Simulation study tree, right-click Stress2 (-vonMises-) and click Animate .
      The animation of the stress plot shows.

      Click this animation to play it or to reset it.

      

   2. Click to stop the animation.
   3. Click .
