Creating a Buckling Study

This option requires that the model is created as a surface model.

Browse to drive letter:\Users\Public\Public Documents\SOLIDWORKS\SOLIDWORKS version\samples\Simulation Examples\3Plates-Surfaces.SLDPRT and open the file.
Click New Study (Simulation CommandManager).
Under Advanced Simulation, click Buckling .
In the PropertyManager under Name, enter 3Surfaces-Buckling.
Click .
The software creates the study and the Simulation study tree appears.

Search 'Creating a Buckling Study' in the SOLIDWORKS Knowledge Base.
