Displaying the Placement Sketch in a Flat Pattern

Next, you select the flat pattern display for the formed extruded hole, and display the forming tool profile in the flat pattern.

1. In the FeatureManager design tree, click extruded hole1(Default) and click Edit Feature .
2. In the PropertyManager, under Flat Pattern Visibility:
   1. Select Override document settings, Show punch, and Show profile.
   2. Clear the other options.
3. Click .
4. In the FeatureManager design tree, click Flat-Pattern1 and click Unsuppress .
   The placement sketch for the forming tool profile appears in the flattened part.
   
   
5. Click Flat-Pattern1 and click Suppress .
