You can hide the table to make it easier to mate the bracket and saddle.

In the FeatureManager design tree, right-click table<1> and click Hide Components
.
The table is hidden, but not removed from the assembly.

(Assembly

Add a Coincident
mate between the back face of the bracket and the front face of the saddle.
